understand the key steps of Cytotoxic T cell effector function, followed by the
production of lytic granules (perforin/granzymes). Defective Cytotoxic T cell
function and related diseases and later onset clinical manifestations, for
example, autoimmune diseases or inheritable disorders (FHL), especially those involves
intervention of the immune cells such as CTLs and NK cells. Development,
function and regulation of CTL and NK cell responses, mechanisms of signal
transduction that determine choice between the CD4+, CD8+, effector and
regulatory cells and events that regulate T-cell activation during immune responses
